Piṅgalā

Sometimes transliterated as: Pingala, PiGgalA, Pingalaa


Piṅgalā is one of the three nāḍīs connected with prāṇāyāma. It begins from the right nostril. It runs parallel to and on the right of the suṣumnā, which is in the middle.
