Ūdhaḥ means bosom.

The word Ūdhaḥ is derived from "ūdaso Nadi" which means force of injunction. It can be changed as ūdha.

Grammatical[edit]

Ūdhaḥ can be split as Unda + Asun.

In Śatapatha brāhmaṇa[edit]

In the śatapatha brāhmaṇa it is stated that:

“The women folk have bosom and so are the bosoms of the animals.”[2]
